The gourmet restaurant "Les Oliviers", awarded one star in the Bottin Gourmand and cited in the Michelin Guide 2011, offers generous, sun-drenched cuisine.
Our chef, Bruno Chastagnac, selects daily for you the best local produce from fishermen and gardeners and introduces you, much to the delight of your taste buds, to new Mediterranean flavors.
Because your pleasure is our pleasure, a classic menu complements our seasonal gourmet menu.
Combining flavours and well-being into one, the chef also offers an original and tasty dietary cuisine, with cocktails, accompanied by fruit or vegetables.
To match food with wine, a wide selection of Bandol and French wines will be suggested to you.
The restaurant is open daily from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 10pm. It is closed in the afternoons during July and August.
In the stunningly colourful poolside Lounge Bar, our bartender and his team invite you to discover their creations.
Custom-made cocktails, renowned champagnes, smoothies and other bar classics are served from 9am to midnight.
From 3pm to 6pm, a selection of gourmet pastries with a wide selection of world teas is offered for Tea-Time.
