Tourist tax to be paid on site: €1.10/day/person from April 1 to September 30. The accompanying non-spa guest shares therapy client’s room.

No pets allowed.
Garage and valet parking: €35/day/car. Parking and Valet Parking: €20/day/car.
The establishment is open daily. Medical consultation (€27 is not reimbursable by social agencies) is compulsory for all our treatments and stays lasting at least 3 days (it is included in specific treatments outside Thalazur). However, you can obtain a medical certificate of non-contraindication for thalassotherapy no more than 3 months old. We do not offer treatments for children or pregnant women. We have possible treatments for expectant mothers, please contact us.

Rates are valid and are subject to change without prior notice. They are shown in € (Euro). Any service not used as part of a package can be subject to a refund. Holiday vouchers accepted.

Child policy
Children under 10 must sleep in the the parent’s suite: family room accommodation and breakfast offered. Cot and baby equipment (bath, bottle warmer, changing mat) available on request.
Supp. 3rd pers. + 10 years: €35/day (only in suites). Supp. 4th pers. + 10 years: €35/day (only in suites).

Modification by the client :
If requests for amendments concern the extension of the stay, increasing the number of people or the purchase of an additional service, only the price of these changes will be charged extra. Where Thalazur* cannot grant requests for additional services Thalazur * is not held responsible and should the client want to then cancel their stay, the cancellation conditions of Article 12** will apply. Any changes regarding the dates, subject to acceptance by the Thalazur Centre* concerned, will result in a billing fee of €60 per stay reserved for Thalassotherapy packages with hotel accommodation and meals. For any changes on the reduction of guests or the removal of the reserved services, the amount of the initial order is due. Any transfer of a serivce to a third party is impossible. Only subscription to the cancellation insurance sold by Thalazur* allows the customer to transfer his stay to a third party.

Cancellation by the client :
Any cancellation must be made in writing (email, fax or post) and will lead to :
• If more than 22 days before the start date of the stay : the retention of the deposit, or 30% of the total stay (in the case of a reservation paid in full, the remaining 70% of the total stay will then be returned to the client).
• If at least 21 days before the arrival date : an invoice being sent, by the establishment concerned, for the balance payable in the case of a deposit payment only.

Thalazur* would like to informs its customers about the existence of an insurance contract covering the consequences of cancellation ; It is possible, upon request,to obtain cancellation insurance by telephone with one of our Thalazur* consultants on 0825 827 094.  The insurance will cover any modifications or cancellations by the client as specified in Articles 11 and 12**.  The general conditions of sale for this cancellation insurance sold by Thalazur* are available on request from one of our consultants on 0825 827 094.
